Sales Tax
All Georgia residents will be charged 8% sales tax in addition to their order.

Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is placed, based on availability, items are usually shipped within 2-7
business days. Most items will be shipped via Priority Mail, but some shipments may
be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service.

U.S. Delivery
Currently, our products can only be delivered within the United States. Multiple items ordered may ship from different locations and may not arrive in one shipment.

Method of Payment
Currently, we accept PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase). If you prefer to pay with a MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card, please call 404-351-0034 to complete your order transaction.

Delays
We make every effort to fulfill all orders, but occasionally an order (or a specific item) may be delayed or back-ordered. If a delay or back order occurs, you will receive an email notification.

If you choose not to wait, you may request an order cancellation, provided that the item(s) have not shipped. If we do not receive a response before the order is shipped, we will presume you have agreed to the delayed shipment.

Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the ship date.
Please read below for return policy instructions.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Item
You will receive a replacement shipment if item arrives defective, damaged or in error. JoDanna’s Boutique will pay the cost of shipping the replacement product(s).

Return Due To Incorrect Address
If the customer enters incorrect address information during the checkout process,
the customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for incurred
shipping fees. In the event non-delivery occurs due to our error, your package will
be reshipped at our expense.

Local Post Office Practices
JoDanna’s Boutique will not be liable for lost or stolen packages that have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier and will not be reshipped or issued a refund. This also applies to packages left on doorsteps or held at the post office for pick-up.

Merchandise Condition of Returned Item
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with original packing. Credit refunds
are processed when return has been established. Please allow up to two billing cycles
for refund amount to appear on your credit card.

Note: JoDanna's Boutique will not refund the original shipping
fee nor postage to return item for a refund.

All returns must be accompanied by:
a) a signed statement from the customer indicating reason for return
b) a copy of the original sales receipt
c) name, address, telephone number and email address of customer

Please send returned item via a shipping service that can be tracked and retain your
postal receipt. We are unable to guarantee refunds for returns sent through a postal
method that cannot be tracked.
